Since 2018, we have galvanized teachers across the state of South Carolina to advocate on behalf of themselves and their students. We have one goal: to place an extraordinary teacher in every classroom in South Carolina.

What We've Achieved
Coordinated #alloutmay1, a rally at the State House where over 10,000 supporters used their voice for change.
Facilitated discussions with policy makers that culminated in the following changes for teachers: minimum 4% salary increase and protected planning for one period.
Hosted workshops to help attendees understand the legislative process.
Created a community forum focused on educational improvement with over 29,000 people.
Encouraged teachers to advocate on behalf of their classrooms.
Established relationships with stakeholders in order to facilitate positive change for public education in S.C.
